THE CHART OF RUDY GIULIANI
RUDY GIULIANI is one of the republican candidates for the presidency of the
United States in 2008. I was surprised to see that he has aspects in common
with .... Hillary Clinton....
The aspect he shares with Hillary Clinton is
Mars conjunct Pluto, indicating, for example: using (and if necessairy
abusing) force or power and influence. The fact that they share this aspect
means that when they would both end up being the final candidate for their
party, they would have an intense struggle. They also share a conflict
between Mercury and Saturn. Rudy has Mercury semi square Saturn (Hillary
has the square): it is an aspect for being able to lie if needed (...) and both
are rather narrow minded and focused. There might be 'hard communication'
between them. As his Mercury is also square to Pluto, we see the strategical
combination of Mercury, Saturn and Pluto: a combination he shares with the
presidents in the study I did. I think
there is a great chance that the Moon is conjunct Jupiter, but we cannot be
sure without an hour of birth. I only know that he was born in Brooklyn, New
York on the 28th May 1944.
Being born that day makes Rudy Giuliani a Gemini with Moon in Leo. He must
be rather tough, as he lacks the element water. There are no placements in
water and that indicates that he is not as empathic as could be and that he
sometimes is sentimental (overdoing the emotions). I remember having read
about the way he made fun of a man with Parkinson disease, who could not
speak clear enough.
60% of his placements are in fixed signs for having a strong will and that is
confirmed by the sextile aspect of the Sun with Pluto, the closest aspect in
this chart. The conjunction of Sun and Uranus receives a quintile aspect from
Jupiter: that is a combination for succes, conviction and a positive view of
the future. He is able to make creative positive changes. But will he win?
Pluto has recently (end of May of 2007) started to oppose to Saturn: a sign
for hard confrontations and political (Pluto) mistakes (Saturn). And as it
happens, Saturn is the calling planet in this chart. There are no aspects in sign
and the only aspect out of sign has an orb of almost 5 degrees, way too
much for an aspect of Saturn with Neptune. Saturn unaspected is calling for a
steady job in the government, as a mayor perhaps:). I think he will soon ask
himself the question if it is worth it all to run for president. Hard
confrontations (perhaps with the democrats) will be frequent.
But if Giuliani will not be president, who will? Hillary Clinton is a very
prominent woman, but she has been first lady already, so the promise in her
chart has fullfilled itself. Barack Obama seems to have rather good cards (but
I am not sure as his hour of birth is a mystery:(, just like Giuliani's...
Mr. Giuliani is world famous as the mayor who was there when he
was needed at 0911. He does have a number of indications for succes in his
midpointcombinations: Sun, Mercury and Aries Point are connected with
Jupiter/Pluto and Sun/Mercury. Jupiter is connected with Sun/Mars and
Sun/Pluto. And that is only part of it.
What we see is an extraverted, rather 'hard boiled' and strong willed strategic
idealist (Neptune is on Aries Point), a communicator (Mercury oriental
unaspected) with the ambition to be in control and managing (Saturn) and he
might be the kind of man that decides not to go for it and leave the job to
someone else. Will he? I look at the moment of inauguration, and I see a
pleasant day (a transit of the Sun trine Venus, Jupiter opposed to Mars,
Uranus inconjunct Jupiter). In 2008 his progessed Moon trines Jupiter and
that is a fortunate aspect. But..the progressed Sun will first be sextile Uranus
and later conjunct progressed Pluto: a dramatic or challenging surprising
change in his life. What is very dramatic is that the chart of Barack Obama is
rather positive for this period, too. And there can be only ONE president and
there cannot be two parties winning. So the lack of an hour of birth is
stopping this article. I don't know about WHAT will happen but he is definitely
a good candidate for the republicans. The only thing is that he is rather
controversial in his group.

Update January 8 , 2008: See the picture. Rudy Giuliani only gained 9% of the votes in New Hampshire. Will he be defeated and never be a candidate in November? In January 2008 Saturn and Pluto (the planets for political ambition) make very hard aspects with his Sun, Asc and MC.
