This is the
progressive story of Marc Dutroux. His chart shows a strong Venus in Libra in
the 7th degree. Janduz pictured this as a huge black bird with claws
dripping of blood flying in a sky with a triangle burning. A sign for a Dr.
Jekyll and Mr.Hyde figure, it is said.
His chart
shows an emotional person (fire and water mix) with a rebellious character
(Scorpio/Sag mix). Pluto quintile Sun, Moon semi square the ascendant and Venus sextile
Uranus are the narrowest aspects. This all refers to a creative strong willpower and extraordinary relations
with women. But also to unusual or abnormal sexual behaviour (Moon conjunct Venus/Mars semi square ascendant).
Looking at other convicts (like the BTK-killer) and comparing them: Marc Dutroux
looks like them with having Venus conjunct the midpoint Sun/Pluto (strong desire or violence in lovelife), Saturn 45
Venus/Neptune (sick erotic desires) and Mars opposite Venus/Pluto (strong
hormones or using – mars – violence – pluto – on women
– venus). Plus Mars 135 Venus/Nodes (relationships for sex).
Marc Dutroux
was the son of an unknown father his mother had a one night stand with. So he
grew up being a stephson in a family that lived in Africa (Congo) during his first 10 years. When
they got back to Belgium he was a silent boy, did not
have much friends and got a certificate for being
electricien. His ‘parents’ divorced and he lived with his mother and later new
husband.
Scorpio with
Scorpio ascendant and Saturn in the first house makes him strategic and silent.

For his rather
abnormal behaviour and childhood Moon 45 ascendant and Uranus 90 ascendant.

Pluto in the tenth house (yet making a quintile with the Sun) and Moon 45
ascendant?
Moon is in a degree Janduz calls: complicated struggle (man hanging in a tree
upside down and fighting a lion – Michelle Martin has Moon in Leo…).
He marries
in 1979 (Transit Jupiter square Ascendant and then conjunct MC). The divorce is
in 1985. (Transit Saturn firtst conjunct Sun, later square
MC). His wife complains he abuses her. Note that Mars is in Pisces in
the fifth and square ruler Neptune.
In 1982 he
met his later wife and now coprisoner Michele Martin (born 15 jan. 1960, with a Moon in Leo…). Together
they accomplish rapes. Her sun is trine Marc’s Jupiter. Her Mars is trine his
Pluto. Her Neptune is conjunct his Mercury. Her Mercury is trine his Vulcanus (hypothetical planet) in 0.0 degrees! He meets
her when Jupiter is transitting his natal Sun. His solar return chart
for 1982 shows Uranus on the ascendant.
There is
something going on in this chart with Jupiter/Uranus/Pluto. Moon is square
Jupiter and trine Pluto. Sun is square Uranus and quiintile Pluto (plus trine
Mars, a perfect combination for violence and catastrophes). Jupiter is
on the midpoint Sun/Uranus, Mercury/Uranus and Uranus/Ascendant.
Jupiter/Uranus is good for electricians, inventors, astrologers and everybody
being inventive. Pluto is conjunct Jupiter/Uranus. This is a midpoint for
many at that time, but here Pluto is ruling ascendant and sun, Jupiter is
ruling the Moon and Uranus is ruling the IC (home, youth - abroad in the
ninth). And Jupiter and Uranus are activated in the time of the murders in
1995.
OK, so they
get married, Michele and Marc in 1988. Transit Pluto conjunct Marc’s ascendant, Progr. Sun 45 Neptune and sunarc ascendant conjunct
Saturn. Later transit Pluto conjunct Sun and transit Jupiter square MC. That
is when they are arrested for rape of minors. He gets 13 years, she gets 5. His
mother does an appeal to the judge to never release this man. But they do…In
1992 they are free. His sec. ascendant is first 60 Venus and than 120 Uranus.
His sunarc MC however is square Saturn. (Do not know why)
He starts
building prisons in cellars and the police comes by
and does nothing!!! No wonder people start thinking of a conspiracy of
pedofiles. But it gets worse and worse…
On 24th
of june 1995 he kidnapped Julie and Melissa (8 years
old). Three weeks later he applies for a change of his name into DunrouxThis
all happens with:

Transit Saturn is conjunct Mars. In the solarreturn chart of 1995 the MC is
conjunct Saturn (exactly!!!) and Jupiter is on the descendant. Guess what
happens? He is released again because his wife and children ‘suffer’. They do
that when secundairy Moon is trine Jupiter (one of the most favourable aspect
you can get) and sec. Venus sextile Jupiter.
In the
meantime June and Melissa died in the cellar because Michele Martin did not
feed them. The police came by in that time, heard children cry, Michele said it
were the neighbours and they left!!!
Spring 1996
Marc Dutroux kills his partner in other crimes when Saturn transits secundairy
MC.
The story
continues. He kidnapped Sabine on 28th of may
1996 and Laetitia in august 1996 (because Sabine asked for a friend). Sunarc MC
conjunct Venus first, later sec. Moon square Pluto inconjunct Neptune and sec. MC sextile Mercury.
Cause they were discovered alive! On the 15th of
august 1996. Within 3 weeks the bodies of Julie and Melissa were
discovered.
In Belgium this caused almost
a crises in government. Thousands of people went on the street and
milliions were convinced judges, police and Dutroux were members of a gang.
Especially when Dutroux escaped on the 23 th april
1998. Transit Jupiter was conjunct Mars. Transit Mars squared Uranus.
He was found and got life. Michele got 30 years. He could be released one day…

there is a lot more to be told about Dutroux.
