JAMES BOND
Sean Connery (5x), George Lazenby (1x), Sean Connery (another time), Roger Moore 7x), Timothy Dalton (2x), Pierce Brosnan (4x) and Daniel Craig (only once) played James Bond. Let us look at their charts to find the resemblances and differences. Did you know actors often compare to the role they are playing?
SEAN CONNERY
Sean Connery was born 25th August 1930 at 18h05 in Edinburgh with Saturn on the Capricorn ascendant and Sun and Moon in Virgo. A cool and hard appearance! His MC-vocational routing starts with Scorpio and ends in the strong communication planet Mercury in Virgo on Aries Point AND on top of the chart. Pluto, ruler of Scorpio, is oriental.
SO, above all a person known for his communications and looking strong (money, sex, influence and power go first) with a tough presentation.
GEORGE LAZENBY
George Lazenby replaced Sean Connery once. He was born 5thSeptember 1939, in Queanbeyan, en is also a Virgo. Mars in Capricorn is in a wide square with Saturn. (Sorry, no birth time!). Lots of placements in Virgo and Taurus. earthsigns and Pluto oriental again for the strong, sexy appearances.
ROGER MOORE
Roger Moore was James Bond most often and still is something different. Like Lazenby he has a cool Venus in Virgo. He is a 'die hard' (Sun semi square Saturn and square Pluto) with an oriental Neptune on the ascendant (a true artist and showing his softer side). With Sun in Libra and Moon in Gemini, Mercury on MC sextile Venus he is a good communicator. Leo ascendant draws attention.
TIMOTHY DALTON
Timothy Dalton (21 maart 1946 Colwyn Bay, time unknown) is the next. Mars conjunct Saturn is his most narrow aspect. He is a different kind of Bond, but still a tough man (Mars-Saturn) drawing attention (Sun peregrine on Aries Point).
PIERCE BROSNAN
I like this one most, but that might be because my Venus is on his ascendant. Pierce Brosnan was born 16th May 1953 (and not 1952 as Astrothème mentions), maybe just a few minuts after midnight.
Mercury and Venus are ahead of the Sun and Venus is the end dispositor of the vocational routing: estethic communications, yes! Mars is peregrine for energy and agression at any possible level, in a creative quintile with Pluto (being creative in using violence or...creating a strong man). The Moon, ruler of the eight house, is peregrine and on the descendant, square Aries Point and with Mars/Saturn, maybe refering to the death of his first wife. This prominent Moon makes him a good teacher and ...actor.
DANIEL CRAIG
Daniel Craig is the latest Bond. Of course he is also tough and strong. Mars is conjunct Saturnus, like with Dalton, but this time in Aries (controled energy and agression). Apart from that he has the Sun and Pluto peregrine, an impressive combination for drawing attention with strength and courage. Neptune is oriental: that fits an actor.
Daniel Craig is born 2nd March 1968 in Chester with Sun in Pisces. When it was known that he would do the part of James Bond there were many protests and actions against it. At the time Transit Uranus was conjunct his Sun for being in the news. The solar return for 2006 had a narrow conjunction of Sun and Uranus. Hard to believe, but true, is that when he was born Sun was in an obsessive 165 degree aspect with Uranus. It seems to be his life's theme to be 'just a bit different then the rest of them'. In this case it were the colour of his hair, his length and the fact that he is not a 'beautiful boy'. Uranus rules his Venus (for charme and beauty).
PS I saw Casino Royale and I think Craig is the most convincing Bond!:)

Elements of the 'strong man' keep coming back in the charts of the actors. They show connections of Mars, Saturn and Pluto and/or Aries and Capricorn. Stoicly and cool, energetic and strong, that is what they will always be, the James Bonds!
